technically this post was not actually written today.
however,
i'm posting this and a few subsequent posts down under their actual dates,
so that i would know for future reference.
=)
so i shall write the post as it is of the actual day.

today we went to baby's paternal great-grandma's house for lunch.
as it is tradition that either before or on the actual day of baby's first month,
the family & baby has to go visiting their great-grandparents or grandparents.
before going,
i dressed precious up in a lovely pink dress
& put on her pretty new anklet bought by my mom as a gift for her first month.
her tiny feet!!
LUCKY GIRL!!
so my in-laws & family, hubby & i reached there about noon.
she enjoyed her car ride!
we had a feast there.
THERE WAS MUCH TO EAT!!

fish, abalone & veg, prawns [i wasnt allowed to eat =( ] , ginger chicken with wine (specially cooked for me!) & big bowls of soup.
so we stoned there for awhile,
while baby slept on her great-grandma's bed after a nice feast of MILK.
and finally we cut baby's first month CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE!!
IT WAS YUM!!!

as we drove 2 cars out,
my in-laws took 1 car to church & the rest of us took the other car home.
so i rested at home & hubby helped look after baby while i slept for awhile.
totally shagged.
my daughter is becoming very naughty.
she knows how to complain & cry to us or pull the "im gonna cry" face when we are not hugging or cuddling her or when we are not carrying her.
so the night before had to entertain her lor!

so hubby & i waited for in-laws to come back,
as we already decided to go down to suntec to part tor!
=D
as it was his birthday the following monday,
i wanted to bring him out for dinner.
we left at about 6pm
and went to suntec to eat at..
NYDC!hubby had lasagna & i had the oven baked penne pasta 3 amigos.
(no pictures!)
i so wanted to order all their desserts,
as i was deprived for so long already.
hubby probably thought i was siao.
so in the end we settled for MUDPIES for dessert!!
i so love their mudpies lor!!!
looks good right??
haha.
i think i can eat another one right now.
*drools*
as we had a pretty late dinner,
when we walked down to marina square,
KIDDY PALACE was already closed.
it was about 930pm only lor!

we wanted to pick up my membership card & look for a pretty dress & pretty headband for girlgirl as the next day we were gonna have baby's first month party at our place.
oh,
i also wanted to buy another type of pacifier similiar to baby's milk bottle's tit
as she is getting very smart cos she knows we "cheat her feelings"
hahaha.
now everytime we give her the pacifier,
she will "pui" it out of her mouth or pull her "im gonna cry" face,
cos she know we bluff her.
she's getting so smart..
haha.
so after that hubby & i took a cab back as it was getting late & i was very tired already.
not much of a date.
but it was a change for me to be able to spend sometime alone with hubby outside.
