Is this not a violation of privacy?
WHY DO I LET MY BLOG BE PUBLIC SO EVERYONE CAN SEE?
Because I would like to share with other mummies and also let my loved ones & friends watch in amazement the astounding growing journey of my precious one.
It is NOT a zoo of pictures or entries for you to pick & choose and use them for whatever purposes you want to use them for.
(As much as you are tempted to.)
EVEN IF YOU DO, ASK PERMISSION.
BECAUSE THESE ARE MINE AND THE GIRL IN THE PICTURE IS MY BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER.
I know my daughter is too pretty & adorable that you have to stalk her and use her photos but it also not your right to use them.
DON'T YOU KNOW IT'S ALSO AGAINST THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST?
Without prejudice to the rest of these Terms and Conditions, by participating in the Contest, each participant :
acknowledges and agrees to the disclosing of any information relating to such participant or provided by such participant, to any person involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the Contest and any regulatory, supervisory or other government authority or body, court of law or tribunal, in Singapore or any other jurisdiction, where such disclosure is required by law, regulation, judgment or order of court or of any tribunal;
acknowledges and agrees to the usage of his/her names, personal particulars, likeness and photographs for any advertising, promotional and publicity activities relating to or in connection with the Contest and in such manner at such place as CSPL may determine at its sole and absolute discretion;
acknowledges and agrees to all entries becoming the sole property of CSPL. CSPL reserves the right to use these entry forms, content and information in any manner it deems fit, without the need to seek the consent of any party or make any financial payment or fees to any other party;

As much as I am flattered that anyone would think that my daughter is so cute to steal my pictures,
my husband and I am outraged at the same time.

Especially since I had no idea about it in the first place at all,
until a friend of mine (btw thanks Jen) smsed me.
Anyway my husband already sent a complain letter to Canon already.
We're awaiting their response & requested immediate removal of the entries & particulars of the person.
Anyway, if you wanted to use my girl's pictures, ASK ME LAH.
I mean I really like the prizes and we could like split or something, if we did win anything.

Sadly no permission was asked. =(
Some people should learn to respect other people & their space for privacy.
If I find anymore crap like this I am going to LOCK MY FREAKING BLOG.
So that it will limit to the people who needs MY PERMISSION to enter my blog and so that I do not have any picture thieves.
Actually I have tons of videos & photos in my camera waiting to be posted up.
And I already drafted my daughter's 9 month progress a long time ago.
In a flash it is already 2nd Dec.
8 more days to my daughter's 10 month progress.
I'm dying to blog about everything!!
My girl is growing up so fast.
She can say little bits of words now & do really cute stuff like wave her hand when we say Hello or Byebye and clap her hands and shake her booty, etc, etc, ETC.
BUT I AM SO LAZY.
I know..

I will do it. Someday. No, seriously.
But I will be backtracking some dates.
