Underwater World.
[11.03.12]

Brought Sera & Angel to Underwater World at Sentosa,

as a post-birthday outing for my 3 year old Seraphina.

=)

Been thinking of bringing Sera there for quite awhile already.

(Cos she loves fish!)

Thought it would be the perfect birthday surprise for her.

Finally reached Sentosa by about 11.30am.

The weather was super bright and sunny!

I LIKE!

Angel fell asleep
in the car on the way there.

2 Adult + 1 Child.

So since Sera turned 3 years old the day before...

We had to get her a child ticket.

BIG GIRL ALREADY!

Angel went in free.

(Saved $17.60!!)

Anyway just to let you guys know...

Alot of sea creatures at Underwater World are actually XXL.

(EXTRA EXTRA LARGE!)

At the touch pool!

Was really looking forward to getting to touch the star fish!

But there was only ONE star fish.

And it was at a rock at the end of the touch pool.

TOTALLY OUT OF REACH!!

=(

Sad much..

I got to touch the stingrays though.

Paid like $3 for a small bowl of food to feed the stingrays.

So we were taught to put the food in between our fingers,

then leave our hand there till the stingray came to eat it from our fingers.

BUT!!!

Sera threw all the food into the pool!!

The sting rays were really really XXL!!
It's scary!!!!

Sera was too afraid to touch the fishes.

But much to happy to be splashing water at the surface of the water.

by the clear water aquarium & its creatures!!

Angel finally woke up!
Which was good timing cos I didn't want her to miss out!

But they were too busy.

I can confidently say I take better pictures then my hubby.

The next was Jellyfishes!

They are REALLY gorgeous and amazing!

Managed to capture some beautiful shots.

After that Angel was just too busy looking at the jellyfish..

But I managed to get a
not-too-bad shot with Angel!

Sera saw the brown ones
& told me she wanted to eat CHOCOLATE.

LOL!!!

I really am not sure what this is.

Wanted to go into this small dome thingy.

But it was really... Small.

So I changed my mind and let the girls go and explore themselves.

=)

This was actually in the dome thing on the outside.
What sea creature is this???

So I am guessing if you go under the dome you'll probably see them..

After that we started our journey on the travellator.

Really reminded me of the times when I was a little girl!

Now,

I'm bringing my OWN little girls!

The girls were REALLY excited!

So after going round the travellator a few times,

we decided to get something to eat while waiting for the dolphin show.

Had about an hour to kill.

Sera insisted on wearing daddy's shades
as the sun was really scorching hot!

So cute in the sunnies!!

Decided to go to the souvenir shop to take a look.

(And enjoy free aircon!)

Then she went to her daddy & pretended to be a shark,

Hubby spoilt the girls.

And bought lollipops for them.

And the show finally started!

Not very close shots, as we were sitting in the middle.

(Wanted to be nearer to the ventilator fans!)

But the girls liked the show very much!

After that we went to Vivo for Japanese dinner & shopping.

Very glad that Sera & Angel enjoyed themselves.

Their happiness makes up mine.
