Hubby, Sera, Angel & I went to the
ZOO today!!
=)
It really brings back alot of memories when I was younger..

Sera in her new shorts I bought from Fox!
She was super excited!!!

Tried to take a picture with her,
but as usual she has to take up the limelight.

Angel.

Super cute with the hat!!
=)
So innocent looking right??

Singapore Zoo!
Mil dropped us there & fetched us back.
Save cab fare okay!!
Mandai is so ulu!!

Had a quick lunch first!
Was famished!!

Bought the tickets and away we goooo.........!

First thing Sera saw was the fishes.
Sera
LOVES fishes.
Cos my fil has a pond at home with lots of fish.
Everyday he will bring her around the garden and bring her to feed the fishes.
=)
Grandpa & grand-daughter bonding time.

My fav pic of them.
=D
"Mummy, I'm feeling so hot!!!"(Yes, and the poor girl was sweating like crazy!)

Sera's favorite!
She knows they are penguins cos she has toy ones at home.

I think the Walrus is so cute!!!
At first, I thought it was a big rock,
until hubby pointed it out to me when it floated upwards for air.

Hubby told me in Australia,
kangaroos are so much bigger then this.
Probably about the size of hubby or bigger!!

Hubby: "No, it's not my favorite animal, but it's one of my favorite meat!"*grins cheekily at me*
Me: (-_-")

Hubby.

Pit stop!
Everything in the zoo is so expensive.
A bottle of drink can cost 3 bucks.
Sometimes at Cheers or 7-11, when on offer,
the same kind of bottled drink can be bought at 2 bucks for
TWO bottles.
(-_-")
And the ice-cream was 2 bucks each????
Usually hubby buys them from provision shop at about a dollar each.
The zoo must be
VERY rich lor!

Hippos!!!

Sera was really fascinated by them!

Hubby is the worse photographer ever.
The "hippo" looks like it's about to "eat" my head.
(-_-")
After looking at the hippos,
we quickly rush to catch the show at 1.30pm.

My little Angel fell asleep,
so we were able to enjoy the show.
Thank goodness she was a good girl throughout the whole day! =)

Sera loved the show.
So much so, after the show had ended and we were walking out,
she pulled hubby and pointed for us to go back.
LOL!
After that we took the tram!

A very hot and sweaty Sera.

*yawn*
"Mummy, I'm bored...."
*starts sucking hanky*
for self-entertainment.

Passed hubby & and his best friends along the way..

The weather was pretty good.
Not too hot, nor too cold.
OR SO WE THOUGHT!!Stopped at Tram stop 2 to go to Rainforest Kidzworld...
Only to find out it was
DRIZZLING.Great!

Reached there & it started to rain heavily.

Decided to eat Ben & Jerry's to kill time,
and wait for the rain to subside so we could bring Sera to play in the water.

*lick lick*

"This is so yummy-licious!!!"

*grins happily*

What a mess!!!

Me & Angel.
After the rain subsided a little,
our dear little Angel decided to do a
BIG poopie.
Thanks to Mandai Zoo,
the changing room was so isolated away.
WITH NO SHELTER!!So in the end...
Hubby, Sera, Angel & I got stuck in the changing room/ breastfeeding room.
Cos upon reaching there..
HEAVY DOWNPOUR!!!
Lucky got aircon & comfy seats.
So we basically just stoned there after putting the babies to sleep.

We were there for about an hour lor!!!
Lucky the male & female toilets were just beside.
If not.. Jialat!!!
Rain rain, go away...Eventually the rain got lesser,
so we decided to make a run for it.

Wanted to bring Sera to play water here.
We're so coming back again!!!
Perhaps when Angelica is older!!
Then we could all go play in the water together!
=)
Anyway, luckily we decided to leave at that time.
Becuase when we arrived at the Tram stop, the last tram was about to leave.
Can you imagine if we had missed it????
OMG!!!Have to walk all the way back to the entrance in the drizzle with 2 kids!!!
Thank God!
Mil fetched us home & we made a stop by Sembawang Country Club only to find it was under renovation.
(-_-")
Anyway, for those who don't know...
Today is also...
MOONCAKE FESTIVAL!
Spastic.
Lanterns for the kids!
=)
Brought them out to the park after dinner.

Funny thing is,
Sera still doesn't like lanterns.

Finally
FORCED her to hold the lantern for a decent picture.

Angel with hers.
=)

On the way to the park.

Lalalala....

Me, pushing angel on the pram.

It was a beautiful full moon.
Duh!
Where got Mid Autumn Festival no full moon one.

Brought Sera to the playground.
Oddly, there was no kids there playing lanterns?

Playing on the swing with daddy.

Couldn't really take much pictures cos it was pretty dark.
So after which we headed home for a nice hot shower and a warm bed after a tiring day!!
I had an awesome family time with my little Tang family.
