im seriously having a bad case of diarrhea since yesterday morning even before i started work.

kept mourning at work that my tummy was aching & stirring and kept going in & out of the toilet.

when i reach home i was okay.

after eating at this chinese restaurant and had crabs & fried crayfish & other stuffs for dinner...

ITS BACK.

(see lah, i so tamjiak.)

had a sleepless night due to my tummy..

it worse then ever..

i've got a pounding headache and a restless tummy.

i need rest.

not working today..
