I know, as usual, I back dated this post..

So overdue-d.

But I decided I ought to put all these memories down if not I'll forget about it.

(I think I already forgot some parts here & there..)

It's a half hearted post.

I think I have lost my sense of motivation.

REUNION DINNER - 12th Feb'2010

Had reunion at home with in laws & co.

Opened 2 tables and had steamboat!

Lots to eat as usual.

But these were my favs. <3

Ate until we all exploded.

Anyway, on the 13th of Feb the Tang side had reunion dinner at Peach Garden Restaurant.

I like CNY cos there's always good food!

And I think we lou hei maybe 5-7 times this year. O.O

CNY DAY 1 - 14th Feb' 2010

Nian nian you yu.

Like I stated on fb a few days later,

I totally forgot it was Valentines' Day too.

Conveniently, so did my husband.

Hubby, baby & I dressed up in red this year.

Wearing the red dress I bought for her & the little red headband.

Her pretty shoes & pretty gold anklet given by her grandmas.

My fav picture of them. =)

Like last year we served tea & took lots of photos after that before heading over to hubby's paternal grandma's place first.

Had a feast there (see, CNY ALWAYS got good things to eat!)

before heading to other places.

These were taken at hubby's maternal grandma's side.

Happily intrigued by the dog.

This is like the only picture I have of my chor lor daughter looking all girly & demure.

At the end of day we had a very tired & very grumpy baby.

So unglam.

On the 15th Feb all I remembered was going down to hubby's first uncle's place for br-unch.

Then rushed back home cos open house at home.

Then I can't really remember much already.

(dementia.)

Then I think on the third day hubby, baby & I went to my mom's place for "reunion dinner" and also to stay for the night.

Then rushed to Tung Lok Vivo the next day for lunch with in laws & family.

I can't remember which day FIL had his company reunion dinner at Tung Lok East Coast.

(FOOD! Again.)

And on the 8th day, we went to hubby's third uncle's place for lunch after church!

Then went to my aunt's place for dinner.

EAT AND EAT AND EAT!!!!

To eat is xinfu. =)

SERAPHINA'S
ONE YEAR PROGRESS

Still drinks the same amount of formula.
Progresses to eating more solid food.
Dances when she hears music or when we say "Boom Chacha"
Knows how to climb down the bed or sofa, feet down first. =)
Knows how to climb up my bed, up & down she goes.. (-_-")
Her latest word in her vocab is "Dog" which sometimes sounds like duck, whenever she hears the dogs bark or see animals on TV or the birds in the sky or the fishes in the pond, etc etc etc.

(I think she thinks that "Dog" means animal. O.o)
Talkative baby. Blabbers in baby language.
Gives random hugs and kisses. =)
Put her hands up automatically after shower so we can put powder on her.
When I give her the baby powder and ask her to put powder on herself, she take the bottle and "pours" it on her hand and "rub" on herself. Cute.
When we ask, "who is Sera jing jing?" She'll use both hands and pat her chest as if to say " me!"
Able to stand up by herself and stand for a longer period of time.
Knows how to fake cough to get attention.
Likes to make bubbles with her mouth.
Gets sticky when she is around strangers and doesn't want them to carry. But VERY sociable around little kids.
Beginning to understand words we say like "Mum mum" means food, "Na na" means banana, "Nan nan" means milk, etc etc etc.
Literally knows how to pui out her food now. *frowns*
Knows how to put her fingers to her lips to play so that is makes "Bu bu bu" sounds. (-_-")

(her daddy taught her that nonsense lor...)
Able to walk when we hold just one of her hand. Cute. =)
Always puts her pacifier in her mouth whenever she sees it lying around. It has become her bad habit..
Starting her interests in soft toys.

(She even hugs and kisses her care bear!) Uber cuteness.
Gets shy & doesn't want people she is not familiar with to carry her.
Likes to play with kids.
When we ask her how to put oil on her hair? She knows how to take the tiny bottle of olive oil and "pour" it on her hand and "rub" it on her hair.
Crawls all over the place like a little lightning bolt!
Goes and climb the stairs by herself. (-_-")
Knows how to shake her head when to tell us she doesn't want.
Hates to be controlled. Likes her independence.
Watches the TV with interest.
Demanding AND hot - tempered baby when she doesn't get what she wants.
Overall a very happy & smiley baby. =)

The rest are as same as her 11th Month Progress.

It has been such a joy to watch her grow.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY LITTLE PRECIOUS!!

You'll always be our baby girl. Daddy & Mummy loves you. <3>

p.s: Totally back dated this... It has been sitting in my drafts for a long time already..

Seraphina's First Birthday.

We didn't celebrate her first birthday as big an affair as her first month.

Instead we chose a quiet celebration with the people closest to her hearts.
