A video of Angelica moving her head at 6 weeks.

Actually I realised she could already do this at week 5,

and I did video her down.

But I can't find it.

Anyway,

I'm so proud of her.

=)

And here is another video of Angelica trying to suck her hand.

Everytime I move away her hand,

her hand will always find a way back into her mouth.

LOL!!

And she was having the hiccups too.

So cute.

Yesterday went out with mil, ahma & her maid & jing yi.

Initially I had no plans to go out.

But mil suddenly asked me if I wanted to go with her & I happily agreed.

=)

Brought both the kids out too.

And Sera was such a good girl through out the whole day.

=D

Probably cos she has been staying at home everyday,

going out must be exciting for her..

She just sat straight up in her pram refusing to relax,

& open her 2 eyes big big to observe her surroundings although she must have been tired due to not enough sleep.

We went down to Tung Lok Vivo for lunch first.

AND I'M SO HAPPY COS I HAVEN'T EATEN THERE FOR WHAT SEEMS LIKE SUCH A LONG TIME ALREADY!!

=)

After that we headed to Marina Bay Sands IR to take a look.

It was our first time there.

Nothing much to shop,

as alot of shops are not open yet.

Mostly high end shops there like LV, Gucci, Prada, YSL, Burberry, Salvatore Ferragamo, Chanel, Coach, etc.

Most of the branded shops are going to be located there.

I guess it's mainly for the tourists..

However, I feel that the place isn't very wheelchair friendly.

We had a hard time finding lifts that is in working order.

(Cos the place is still under renovation.)

And even if we did,

there would be a staircase leading to the floor that we really wanted to go.

So we had to go up & down & up & down.

I think finding the proper lifts to bring us to the proper levels that we wanted to go was very tiring.

We also walked passed the casino & it was full of people!

And the banks are so smart to place their ATM machines right outside there.

*thumbs up*

Haha!

I left my camera in the car,

so alas, no pictures..

Anyway, today I brought Angelica out for her first checkup at 6 weeks old.

And this little girl is weighing at 5kg!

WOW!!

She's like half of Sera's weight already.

PD says that usually at 6 weeks they expect about a 1kg weight gain or so.

She has gained about twice her weight!

And I can see fats in those cheeks already.

Me likey!

She also had her jab today.

I opted for the 6-in-1 so that she wouldn't have to be jab so often.

PD says everything is going well for her.

I'm so glad she's growing up well.

This picture was taken on the first dinner I had with my new Tang family.

It was taken the following month after I got married,

at The Steak House & it was Alwyn's (my bil) birthday.

My memory isn't that bad after all right?

=)

(Just thought I'd post that picture up, cos it brings back memories.)

Exactly 2 years ago on this very day,

we became Husband & Wife.

The month before was a crazy & hectic one.

All the sweat & tears was boiled down to the day of our wedding.

Going to ROM so frequently in order to change the ROM date which they did not allow as they had this I-cannot-remember-how-many-weeks rule that only after that few weeks then the wedding was allowed to take place.

How my in laws came without fail despite all the troubles to talk them into letting us push the wedding date earlier (as initially they did not allow) & paid the extras as 26.07.08 was a good day to get married & it was before the 7th month.

The venues, the preparations & the money spent!

And Amelia (my sil) came with me to The Aisle Bridal Boutique to choose the packages & dresses & photos every single time & she saw into most of our wedding preps.

She even brought me out shopping for my evening dress & even paid for it.

I had a great time with her. =)

And our dear Rev Sng (our pastor), always made time for Aloisius & I to see him & talk to him, and was the one who pronounced us Man & Wife.

And my mom, my family & my friends who was always there to support me.

There are so many people to be thankful for.

And the list goes on..

Without them, our wedding would not have been made possible & a memorable & a smooth-sailing one.

Till this day, I am still grateful.

=)

And dear, I love you & I always would.

I made my vows as a pledge of my constant faith & abiding love infront of our family, friends & most importantly, God, 2 years ago.

And I will keep to them.

I hope you will too.

The past 2 years has not been easy on us,

but neither will the future.

But we will hold each other's hands and walk through it & 50 years later I still want to hold your hands even if we would be holding walking sticks!

And thank you for bringing me down to Brazilian Churrasco last Saturday to celebrate our anniversary in advance.

It was a restuarant that had Brazilian food!!

It's about $47++ per person.

But the best thing is that it's a buffet.

=)

It was my second time eating there.

(The first time was on my mil's birthday last year.)

Hubby dressed so handsome-ly
for our dinner date.

Mil had been so kind to look after the kids for us

while both of us 二人世界 for the evening.

=)

Our drinks.

I like their cheese bread that they serve as appetizer.

And apparently now they serve a small cup of soup too.

The waiters then go around serving different types of meat like this.

This is my fav!
Beef rump steak.

But hubby's fav was the chicken hearts!

After that as it was still early, we decided to head to Ion Orchard for a walk since town was nearby.

I didn't buy anything & we weren't there very long.

But still, I had a happy time just spending the time alone with him.

=)

But I still can't stop thinking & missing my kids at home..

Anyway I just want to let you know that

I love you!

(I'll never get sick of telling you this.)

Was looking through the old photos of Seraphina I took when she was younger.

And she is already coming to one and a half years.

Has time already flew past so fast?

How has she grown from..

My little Tang yuan.

This.

to..

This?

In only a year and a half?

She is no longer my Tang Yuan anymore.

It's like she has suddenly grown up so fast in a blink of an eye.

And now she can communicate with us with a simple words like "Yes" or "No" .

And understand us when we tell her things.

Do what she wants to do.

And walk around & eat the food that we eat already.

Very soon she will be speaking in sentences & going to school!

And again, in a blink of an eye,

she probably would have had her own job & her own family already.

And my little Angelica.

Will not longer be my ~~little~~ Angelica too.

In a year & a half I will look back at her baby photos & say the same thing.

My mom always told me,

"Time waits for no man."

And truly, it doesn't.

I couldn't sleep till 2am last night,

probably due to the teh C I had with mil at AMK Hub yesterday at Toast Box.

*Smacks self*

(For not remembering I shouldn't be drink caffeine past 5pm)

Some more I had to go down to SGH today & also attend the opening ceremony for my SDA Centre.

Rush here, rush there, make me even more shag.

I must sleep early today!

Provided my kids allow.

and saw Mummy Yanwen's MSN msg saying our Vpost items arrived from Target.com!

=D

Happy!!!!

(I tell you, shopping is so addictive & the euphoria you get from it is unexplainable cos only a woman can understand. ROFL!)

And the diaper bag she has is so chioooooooooooo!!!

Regret not getting one also.

Thanks to Mummy Yanwen for settling EVERYTHING.

From the ordering to the payments to the stupid Vpost extra payments (Zzz..)

All I had to tell her was what I wanted.

I have not participated in Nuffnang movie events for quite awhile already.

Hopefully I would be able to watch it.

But I need to collect the tickets from Nuffnang offfice which is at 38 Kinta Road.

And that is at.....???

Cos the previous Nuffnang movie events I attended were for tickets for the preview of the movie.

So we just go to the cinema and head to the Nuffnang booth and register our names.

Anyway, just wanted to share something with you today..

(I already posted it on facebook if any of you find it familiar.)

Today after Sera had her bath,

she was busy scratching her mozzie bite.

So my mil saw & took one of the Disney Pooh plasters and placed it on her.

So happen on the plaster it was a picture of Eeyore.

MIL: "Sera, put plaster! See, got EEEYYOOOREEEE...!"

After putting on the plaster,

Sera keept poking the plaster & kept saying:

"EEEEYOOOREE!! EEEEYOOOREEE!!"

This is proof that Sera kept poking at her Eeyore plaster.

Yeah, and I found it so amusing..

I thought I'd compile some photos of Seraphina & her nonsense together.

When she grows up,

But her nonsense can be quite amusing.

Sometimes, I just don't know what to do with her.

This is an old picture I used in one of her Monthly progress.

But I thought it was funny & we didn't teach her how to do that with the spoon.
