Headed down to Pasir Ris Downtown East Chaelet for BBQ that day.
I know it happened almost a month ago.
But I really ought to put this in my pages on my blog.
I am really getting too lazy or too tired to do anything else.
Must.get.back.into.blogging.
(Yes, as I always say.......)
ANYWAY.
Sera and I were there much to early.
I brought her along to enjoy the day with me,
while my mil kindly agreed to look after Angel so I don't have to take care of the both of them.
=)

Tv addict.
And she was watching Hindi show some more.
(-_-")
FINALLY.
After much waiting...
We decided to start the BBQ.

And honestly,
I was quite surprised Sera was willing to eat some of the food I gave her.
She has recently become to picky with her food.
Sometimes she wouldn't even want to eat at all.
Am thinking of starting her on multi-vits for appetite improvement.
Any recommendations?

Everybody so busy.
Except me.
(-_-")
Sister Thurga and I decided to bring our kids down to Explorerkid after eating.
As we had free tickets cos of booking the chalet.
AWESOME!!!
Free entry for all of us!
Some more 2hours!!!
=D

Sera climbing.
Tried to make Sera go down the slides with me.
And she was so terrified.
Maybe she has height issues like me?
In the end she only wanted to go the ball pit.
And she pretty much stayed there most of the time.
(Anyway, the ball pit has always been her favorite part of Explorerkid.)

That's Krishita.
(left corner)
Sera's new friend!
*I'm floooooooating...........!*

Buey tahan!
(-_-")

For a moment I couldn't find Sera...
Then I saw her foot sticking out.

Yup.
Only her foot.

And she was in that position......
For quite a while.........

Uh huh....
Still at it.
AND.
She finally decides to emerge from the sea of balls.

And she just kept doing that...

And doing that...
At about 8pm or so..
The ball pit was empty!!
Probably cos closing was at 9pm.
The girls had the ball pit to themselves!
Boy, were the girls happy!

Love the pretty colour combination!
Chio!

So we let them play awhile more,
before we left to head back to the chalet.

That's Sera.
Pretending not to hear me when I told her it was time to go.
(-_-")
The last time hubby & I brought the kids there,
Sera did not even want to leave the ball pit.
And went further into the ball pit so that we can't reach her.
(No adults in the ball pit.)
Hubby had to ask permission to bring her out.
LUCKY.
Sera was in a pretty good mood that day.
Managed to get her out after bribery & persuasion.
Hehe.
Headed back to the chalet to grab my things,
so that we could head home.
But instead, I was surprised by this!

DIY birthday cake!
Designed by Sister Irene's daughter, Charissa.
(Some photos here credit to her as well. Thank you! =D)
Apparently, everyone was waiting for us to come back for my cake cutting.
*tears*
I am so touched.. Really.

Singing birthday song.

Make a wish.
Blow the candles!

Position knife first.

Concentrating!

Ready!
Aim!

Kill!
Cut!

After that kana sabo.
Cake on the face!
(That's my amused expression.)
LOL!

Half eaten cake.

A few random shots of a sweaty Sera.
After that, I quickly headed home to see Angel.
But I am very grateful and super touched by my colleagues who were there.
And of cos to Sister Irene & her team for the surprise cake.
It was a delightful surprise!
And although I had to work on my birthday the following Monday,
and didn't do anything special.
I had 2 wonderful pre-birthday celebration.
And that ends my Twenty-First birthday.
=)
