Yesterday after church we went down to Vivo for lunch.
Mainly because we were going to my mom's place for dinner after.
(Which is pretty close by.)
Walked around awhile.
And I
FINALLY decided to get the MAC fluidline eyeliner gel that I have being eyeing on for the longest time already.
Cute little pot!
Been hesitating so long because it's abit pricey.
But I was told and have read reviews that it is pretty awesome!
=)
(BTW the brush is MORE expensive then the pot.)
Had to get the brush because I don't have one.
Expensive little brush.
Have not exactly tried it out properly yet,
but the texture is totally different from the Maybelline one.
MAC's is really creamy & soft!
And glides on really easily.
Drew a line on my hand and washed my hands and it was still there!
I know I didn't regret buying it.
=)
Also bought a lipstick from their limited edition.
Really fell in love with the colour.
And coincidentally,
guess what is the name of the lipstick?
Angel.
=D
Mango is having sale.
Bought some clothes there too.
So very happy with my buys!
Haven't gone shopping like this in a looooooooong time.

ANGELICA'S
22ND MONTH PROGRESS
- Drinks 10z Enfapro and 30z Enfagrow.
- Weighs 12kg now.
- Her favourite word is "Yeye" (Grandpa)
- Knows a few words but still talking in baby language.
- Always wants me to tie her hair.
- After crying, she will get tissue by herself to wipe away her tears and mucus.
- Likes to watch Hi-5.
- Takes her bag and wear her shoes when it is time to send Sera to school.
(As if she is the one who is also going to school. LOL!)
- Generally a happy little girl. =)

Sweetie pies!
Took this picture this afternoon when we were walking to Sera's school.
It's routine everyday when I send Sera to school.
Angel will insist to wear her shoes and carry a bag just like her Jiejie.
Once at the classroom,
Angel will put her bag in the cubbyhole next to her jiejie's bag.
Hahaha. Cute much!
Looks like there wouldn't be a problem when Angel starts school next year!

Angelica @ 4 months & 1 day.
I know this photo was a random one.
After all, Angel is already 21 months old now.
BUT I REALLY MISS HER BABY FATS!!!How I would love to squeeze and bite those chubby cheeks again!
And look at that double chin!!!

My baby has really grown up so fast...
ANYWAY.The purpose of this post is just to record down the journey of weaning Angel off her pacifier.
=)
DAY 1.
[16.03.12]
Hubby decided it was time to wean Angel off her pacifier.
Tossed and turned.
Screamed and wailed.
Cried and whined.
ALMOST THE ENTIRE NIGHT!
*sighs*
(As anticipated anyway..)
DAY 2.
I googled about weaning off pacifiers.
And one article said about cutting off the teat of the pacifier.
Told hubby about it.
So hubby took Angel's old pacifier and cut the teat infront of her.
And Angel was watching it being cut with a wide-eyed-what-the-heck-are-you-doing expression.
Then we passed the cut up pacifier to her and she looked at it in bewilderment.
Before (very surprisingly) throwing it to me.
Then I gave it back to her and asked her to throw it in the dustbin.
AND SHE REALLY DID!
Without hesitation!
But in the end she still cried for it at night.
ZZZZZzzzz...
DAY 3, 4 & 5.
Same as days 1 & 2.
So very sleep deprived!
(Zombie mode the entire days.)
But much improvement, as she only cried once or twice instead of every so often.
DAY 6.
[21.03.11]
She finally fell asleep at night and didn't wake up once to ask for it.
And have not asked for it since then.
=)
One note of advise if you're planning to wean your child off pacifiers:
PATIENCE AND PERSERVERANCE!

ANGELICA'S21ST MONTH PROGRESS
- Drinks 20z Enfapro and 20z Enfagrow.
- Knows words like, "go go" "car car" "pat pat" but still isn't really talking properly.
- Whenever she see babies she will go "B! B! BEEEEEE!!"
- Knows how to smile and pose for the camera.
- Had her first swim on the 4th March 2012.
- Watched her first movie on the 10th March 2012.
- Knows how to wear her pants by herself.
- Knows how to wear her own shoes by herself.
- Goes to the toilet and put the potty on the toilet bowl and points that she wants to go toilet. But still not fully potty trained yet.
- Knows the fridge has is magical and always asks me to open it so I can get something for her to eat.
- Still likes to eat and eat and eat and eat...

20TH MONTH PROGRESS
- Started drinking 20z Enfapro and 20z Enfagrow.
- Finally knows her body parts when asked!
- New words: "ball" , "cold cold" , "car"
- Getting cheeky.
- Likes to drink fresh milk.
(Always going to the fridge and points at the fresh milk telling us she wants to drink.)
- Likes to dance to music!
- Throws terrible tantrums.
- Still eats and eats and eats non stop.

ANGELICA'S19TH MONTH PROGRESS
- Still on 4oz of Enfapro.
- Has eaten just about everything.
- Knows where her nose, eyes, mouth, ears & head is.
- Knows how to put her dirty clothes in the basket after taking them out.
- Knows to throw rubbish in the dustbin.
- Knows how to put the potty seat on the toilet bowl when I say time to go toilet.
- Understands what we are saying to her most of the time.
- Likes to shake her head very often now to say "no"
- Food junkie!

ANGELICA'S
18TH MONTH PROGRESS
- Still on 4oz of Enfapro.
- 2 lower teeth sprouted!
- Has tried prawns!
(Thank goodness no allergies!)
- Pretends to snore!
- Blows her food when she thinks it's hot.
- Imitates her sister.
- Able to wear her own shoes by herself although still needs some help.
- Knows how to tuck her socks in her shoes and put them aside.
- In the baby room at church, she automatically takes off her shoes before entering.
- Takes the stool to stand beside me when I am washing the milk bottles.
- Knows how to slide to unlock my iPhone!
- Likes to take books to "read"
- Screams at the top of her voice when she is angry.
- Claps her hands after she poops in the toilet bowl.
LOL!
- Still loves to eat. =)

17TH MONTH PROGRESS
- Still on 4oz of Enfapro.
- 4 upper teeth sprouted.
(2 left & 2 right beside the middle 4 teeth)
(The one circled in orange just sprouted!)
- 2 bottom teeth sprouted.
(1 left & 1 right - leaving a tooth gap beside her middle 4 teeth)
- Her new word is "Bye" but prononces like "Buaa"
- Her new word is "Throw" but pronounces "Keeerr"
(She will say it everytime she throws something e.g, ball.)
- Able to understand simple instructions and sentences.
(E.g, "Squat please!" , " No, don't touch!" , "Can you throw this in the dustbin please?")
- Is afraid when I ask her "Where is the cane?" and stops what she is doing.
- Knows how to wag her index finger and go "Orrhhhh....!"
- Twist her palms upward to show "don't know"
- Tries to wear her socks & shoes.
- Stacks cups.
- Knows how to take the stool and stand on it.
- Knows how to take tissue / cloth to "wipe" her mouth.
- Insistent on feeding herself at times.
- When we say "Clever girl!" she will happily clap her hands.
- Able to climb up & down the stairs herself.
- Started on the fundamentals of potty training.
(Big business on toilet bowl - sometimes.)
