Mother's Day 2012.
Morning was spent in church.
Sera also made her first Mother's Day gift for me during Sunday school class.

It wasn't as crowded as anticipated.

Blogging this from my iPhone while standing in line queuing at the bank.
Zzz.
Celebrated Angel's birthday in advance last Saturday by having a small homey BBQ at home.
My little girl is turning 2 tomorrow!
Time really flies.
Sadly, won't be able to do anything special for her tomorrow as hubby & I will be busy at work.
Will definitely make it up to her.
(Already have plans for it.)

It's my 22nd birthday next week as well.
No special plans.
But we'll be bringing the girls to watch Madagascar 3 this weekend!

Watched MIB 3 last weekend!
Booked tickets at GV Marina Square.
In case if you're wondering why there's 3 tickets..
We brought the girls along too.
Hubby has been DYING to watch this show.

Sera's student portfolio was given to me on her last week of Term 2.
Totally forgot about it till I loaded the pictures from my camera to the computer.
I had to miss her first Parent-Teacher Meeting due to work.
Sad much.
=(
But thankful that her teachers made the effort to put together her student portfolio!
And also compiled some of her paintings inside!
Love this duckie one the most!
I love seeing Sera's art pieces.
I noticed that she loves painting, drawing and basically doing arts & crafts.
I've kept ALL of Sera's school art pieces neatly in a file.
So that I can show her when she grows up!
I'm really so glad that Sera is settling well in school.

Pardon the absence the past week.
Have not been feeling well at all.
First I had a very bad migraine followed by a series of diarrhea that lasted me a couple of days in the week.
Plus working in-between and looking after the girls after..
I was pretty much tired & exhausted.
And also last Sat we had an important dinner!

Gonna cram some posts altogether,
as I'm rushing to head to bed soon!
After this post, I will be blogging about Mother's Day when I do have the time.

5th May 2012.
At the eleventh hour,
hubby & I decided to catch The Avengers!
Super excited to watch because we have been waiting since last year for this movie.
(Saw the trailer in the cinema then.)
However,
everywhere was fully booked because the movie came out 4 days before that.
=(
Luckily we managed to book a pair of tickets at Junction 8.
BUT....
It was at 10pm.
Guess it was better then catching it past midnight.
Or having to seat at the front 2 row seats if we had chosen earlier.

We left about 8pm as in laws had already brought the girls out to Centrepoint.
So decided to leave early to shop around.

My favorite hobby! ♥
Felt very fortunate that we had the car.
Because the movie ended very late & there was no cabs at the cab stand.
And I was seriously feeling very very VERY tired!!
At the arcade, to pass some time before the movie.
Felt like a little kid again. Haha!!
Played this with hubby.
Sure brings back tons of childhood memories.

Outside Sera's school.
My last time fetching Sera from school before my new job was to start 3 days later.
How I miss sending & fetching her from school,
taking bus rides & treating her to small snacks after school.

Hubby wanted to go to Vivo City to pick up his pants he had altered with his suit,
for a very important dinnner coming up next week.
=)

(Yes indeed, I am getting very vain.)
Angel fell asleep in the pram half way,
so hubby, Sera & I had a relatively peaceful high tea at Coffee Bean.
It has been a LONG LONG LONG time.
Super love their cheesecake, since forever!!
Hot Mocha for hubby & Chocolate Frappe for me.
At that very moment,
I felt very blessed & pampered to have a loving & doting husband who knew what my favorites were, as I had not asked him to buy anything for me.
And of cos,
2 lovely daughters with me on that wonderful afternoon, sitting together (one sleeping) and enjoying high tea.
=)
(Although Angel was sleeping, I'm not complaining! Haha!)
Angel can get very fidgety and restless.
So very thankful she chose to fall asleep at that time.
I can have some peace & eat my cake properly instead of her insisting she wanted every bit of the cake & chocolate frappe & probably everything else.
LOL!

The thing about parenthood
is that when you see your child happy,
you feel warm & fuzzy & happy inside too! ♥
It is an unexplainable kind of joy.
=)
Pleasantly surprised Sera was in a good mood,
despite not taking her afternoon nap.
Hubby also bought a new set of speakers to plug into our TV set as ours had blown a few days before.
And a new Canon printer/scanner/copier at $69!!!
CHEAP MUCH!
So very happy that my room finally has a printer so I can print whatever I want, whenever I want without feeling bad to disturb others.
